Where can i track my order?

Returns & exchanges

Where do I send my return package?

All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at vintage.dimen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Can I return an item if it’s been worn or washed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.

This helps us ensure quality and hygiene for all customers. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

What should i do if i receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Can i exchange my item for a different size or color?

Yes, exchanges are possible if your order has not yet been shipped out yet.
