Shipping Policy – Vintage Dimension

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with your PostNord tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Area
At this time, Vintage Dimension ships within Sweden only.


Delivery Time
Orders are shipped with PostNord. Standard delivery time within Sweden is typically 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and PostNord’s delivery schedule.
Please note: delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking
All orders include tracking via PostNord. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us by PostNord, the customer may be charged a fee to cover return shipping and handling costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vintage.dimen@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with PostNord. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.


Delays & Liability
We always do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, Vintage Dimension cannot be held responsible for delays caused by PostNord, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
